                Rehearsals or face to face meetings  will be charged $50 for the first hour and $25            per hour additional. No charge for e-mail or phone consultations.

 A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price is required to guarantee my services. Your requested DATE will be held for 10 DAYS PENDING receipt of the deposit. Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to event, unless other  arrangements have been made in advance with me.     
Credit cards accepted via PayPal. Personal checks accepted up to 1 month prior to wedding, then will accept cashier's checks, Postal money orders, only.
      Payments to be made payable to CHARLES V PRICE, mail to address shown on Quote/Invoice.
         

       All person's contracting for wedding services must complete and mail contract below.  Also, if requesting photo package please complete and mail release of photographer's copyright form.                                                      

Rehearsal/meeting fee $50 - 1st hour
Rehearsal/meeting fee $25 per additional hour or part thereof.
